The girls got balance bikes for Christmas. They are two-wheeled bikes with no pedals or chains, so the girls will learn to balance and coast before they learn to pedal. Then they will be able to move to real 2 wheelers and skip the training wheels. Between illness and a slight manufacturing error at Santa's workshop, the girls didn't get to ride their bikes until the 3rd of January!
