We went to the Alameda County Fair last week. Since there is actual farm land in Alameda County, there are actual animals at the fair. Quite exciting for 2 three year olds, 2 two year olds and a baby.
Lydia with a cow. She looks serious because moments before, I attempted to take a photo of all of the kids and the cow MOO'ed loudly and scared all the children. She was a little nervous about standing close to the cow again.

Much to my delight, they were doing a demonstration of how wool is spun into yarn. Teagan and Lydia liked the Sleeping Beauty aspect and then decided to literally shove the woman spinning out of the way and demanded that I take their picture. See the woman looking like we are nuts?
Climbing on the fence of the pigpen with Grace. The pig had just had 9 piglets the week before. Quite cute, but very smelly.
