Tuesday afternoon Teagan and Lydia celebrated their birthday at school.
First they had a dance party.
On your birthday, Teacher Julie makes you a birthday crown, you get to wear the birthday cape, and the entire class shares things that they really like about the birthday girl. Teagan went first. As you can see, this is a very serious affair. Mike and I got to share things that we like about Teagan too.
Then, Lydia had a turn. Before putting on the cape, you get to look at all the people and decided who is your favorite. Teagan chose the clown, but Lydia chose the birthday cake!
The party ends with a special snack. Teagan and Lydia brought ice cream sandwiches. A big hit.
